Henry targets spring classics

April 24, 2017

Our So You Think / Alana's Dream filly resumed pre-training last week as she commences a campaign that hopefully culminates with her running in the fillies classics this spring.

After showing very good ability at her last training preparation, Caulfield trainer Henry Dwyer has set aim at the MRC 1000 Guineas and the VRC Oaks as the main targets for this daughter of So You Think.

She's been well educated now and considering she's bred to get over longer distances, she showed good ability at her 800 metre jump out's at Caulfield. After developing shin soreness she was tipped out for a spell with the spring in mind.

And what a wonderful job her sire So You think is doing at stud. With his first crop of foals now three year old he has already two Group 1 winners to his resume including Inference who was a winner of time honoured Randwick Guineas. With a list of black type performers on the rise and a steady string of winners So You Think is now leading Second Season sire ahead of stallions Foxwedge and Smart Missile.
We have a very limited number of shares left in this filly available. Anyone interested should contact Adam.
